This window film is so beautiful, especially when the sun shines on it, it gives off coloured light, my kids love it!

Patterned ones are more suitable for children's rooms than solid colours, my baby loves these and one can install them

Privacy is great, you can't see passersby outside anymore, and the pattern is beautiful

Takes a time to put on but good

The film doesn't stick to the glass. We followed the instructions in the package but after few hours the film came off and was on the floor.

It was easy to install and came with tools

I saw someone put window vinyl on their sunroof in their car on TikTok, so I wanted to try it since my sunroof isn't functional and I wanted it to look cute. I ordered this to do so, and measuring and cutting was fairly easy. The boxcutter included cuts the vinyl very easily and it's not too hard to measure it out properly (although I wasn't great at it). Pens will mark on it just fine to make measurements and also wipe away easily and won't leave residue. However, the actual installation is where it got rough. I cleaned the window with window cleaner and made sure there was no dirt left on it, then sprayed it with water as instructed by the manual. The instructions then say to peel off the protective layer using the included stickers, so I attempted, but with no avail. I thought I had just placed the stickers wrong, so I tried again with the other pair. It didn't work that time either. After about 15 minutes of fiddling, my dad and I determined that the protective layer mentioned on the instructions just didn't exist. We sprayed water again, since by that time, it had mostly evaporated, and put the vinyl up and squeegeed out the bubbles. It seemed to stick ok for the first couple hours, then I went on an errand and when I left the car, the vinyl was up, but when I came back, it was chilling on my passenger seat. I may try and put it up again, but I'm kind of disappointed in how difficult the installation was just for it to stick for 3 hours. I did give 2 stars because it is pretty, I like how the light turns rainbow in certain parts of it, but I wouldn't recommend this to a friend because of the confusing instructions.

I ordered the same exact films from 2 different companies. This kit included a razor blade cutting tool and a small squeegee blade, but did not come with a handy squirt bottle.That's not a big problem, but I just used the other company's film yesterday and tried to complete a different project with this film today, so I can directly compare their application.It took me a little bit to master the film separation from the backing with the other product using their suggested tip of attaching tape to each side and gently pulling it apart. This film, however, was MUCH HARDER to separate. I thought it was just me on the struggle bus, but I read another review from someone frustrated by separating the film from the backing and who thought it didn't exist. It does, and removing it is critical to creating the static cling needed to install the film.This provides the same level of privacy and looks very nice, but its application - for some strange reason - is more difficult.

This privacy film is really great. It looks fantastic, can be cut to fit well, and was easy to install. I love that it came with a squeegee and box cutter because not everyone has those items.I used this for our downstairs full bath that has a first floor window facing the road. The window has blinds but sometimes I don't notice when someone else in my household opened them or they'll have a crack that's easy too see through or we want more light in there. Either way this is a great solution. I only put it on the bottom half of the window but it works great. I will say if you're standing right in front of it with your nose pressed to the outside of the glass you can still see decently through certain parts of it but if you're getting this for privacy for a few feet or more away it will work fine.My only issue with this was that the roll is 17 inches wide which would have been fine because my window pane was 17 inches tall but the floral pattern goes long wise and if I just cut it at 24 inches (my window width) my flowers would be growing sideways and it bugged me too much. So I had to cut two seconds so my flowers could be vertical. I was frustrated to find that the pattern cannot connect with itself side by side and that in the seam there was no possible way to make it line up. However when I installed it since it's such a busy pattern even with the seam it really isn't noticeable. If you cut a very straight line and install it very carefully it is not noticeable that the pattern doesn't at all line up. I also through the vinyl backing should have a grid on it for easier cutting but aside from a section with a seam it doesn't have to be cut perfectly since you trim it with the box cutter after installing.It was super easy to cut the material pre and post install. Pre install I used scissors guided by my floor planks to keep it straight.Very easy to wash the window, spray with water, cut the film to size peel the backing, get it placed, and trim. It sticks well and does not leave any residue upon removal. Also very easy to remove. All in all a great window film! Except that the pattern cannot be made to line up in you need multiple pieces or don't want your flowers going horizontally.

I’m really happy with the Frosted Glass Window Film for privacy in my bathroom. It’s a great alternative to a window shade, and it lets in plenty of natural light while still providing privacy. The frosted effect looks really sleek and modern. The only downside is that there are quite a few bubbles around the edges that I couldn’t get out, which is a little frustrating. However, it’s really only noticeable to me, and it doesn’t affect the overall look too much. Overall, I’m still very pleased with the product and would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple and stylish privacy solution!
