The Telesin T13 wireless remote works perfectly while in my kayak. I just use the included strap to attach it to my wrist while making videos with my GoPro. It's much more convenient to be able to just press a button instead of reaching forward in the kayak and fumbling around looking for the button on the camera.I especially like that when you stop recording, it automatically turns the camera off. This prevents wasting batteries, and just as importantly prevents overheating of the camera.

Although it works exactly as it is designed, it is far from great. They make it seem as though you can preview your screen and see what you recording but this is not the case, but for the cost I understand this. The build quality just feel cheap and plasticy. If this doesn’t bother then by all means pick this up. I just prefer it fo feel more like quality than a toy. It connects with no issue and controls the GoPro as it should. But I just can’t past the feel in the hand. The strap is ok. It’s not very comfortable to wear but would do in a pinch. If you can set up and remember where all the buttons are you could just keep this in your pocket for flawless starts and stops. Either way you feel if it works for you then by all means but if your like me and build quality matters the I would pass this one by.

I mostly liked this remote. I hate reading instruction booklets and I was able to figure this out without much effort. It paired easy with both my Gopros. I can switch between them with the same remote which is REALLY nice. However it does take several keypresses to make that happen.I like the color screen which makes it easier to read with my old eyes.It's handy to be able to switch from video to photo to timed shot from the remote. I like that it gives you a counter to show that it's recording. It also shows how much storage and how much battery is left in the camera which is great.It's not perfect, you can't change all the settings like you can from the Quick app but I can't strap my phone to my wrist either. This remote will be very handy on our canoe trips so I can leave my phone in a waterproof bag and not risk losing or destroying it.

I bought this to help manage my video footage while kayaking. It has worked great! Took it snowboarding this past season and being able to engage the large button with my gloves on and control the camera was fantastic. Would buy again.

Item arrived in a brand new sealed box however upon opening the remote control screen had scratch marks leaving impression it was used or is a refurbished item. No option for partial refund leaving me with the only possibility of returning it for refund which is not the best option due to time constraints.

This really ought to ship with GoPro…. Once they lost Apple Watch support, off device control was a real pain point - this totally solves it… gives you total control over your go-pro without needing to touch it or take it off… super well made, easy to wear, well designed and fairly priced…. If you use your go-pro frequently, this is a much buy.
