Is the rubber handle hard rubber or soft and pliable and easy to keep a hold of, like they say "ergonomic"?

the handle is semi-soft and very easy to work with. The blades are very sharp an cuts excellently what ever I am trying to cut in. I have arthritic hands and this tool has been wonder, very nice quality. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine.

Is the black handle secure or does the rubber move around?

It seems very secure. I could not move it or turn it around.
