It works for me.
I have had GI issues my entire life, with varying degrees of improvement with diet and lifestyle changes. I have always struggled with constipation. I have had number 1 and 2 on the Bristol Scale even with taking mag citrate religiously. I knew I had candida again. I tried this probiotic starting on Aug 3. It is now Aug 7 and I just had my first #4 in months, and the signs of candida are lessening. I am so happy I found this. I hope it continues to work.

Did not work for me
Had high hopes but after taking for 2 months (60 days) there were no increased number of bowel movements each week. Yes it’s a small capsule and easy to take, but I think it’s over priced, it caused stomach cramping about 2 hours after taking, saw no weight loss, and it’s just another over-hyped new item that MAY work for a select few.

Great product
Great product, I will say it was a rough start but after faithfully taking it 15 days, I have not felt this good in a long time . Before I was experiencing a lot of bloating and difficulty with BM’s now about 22 days in not feeling the bloating /trapped gas…. I am so grateful I stuck with it.

Definitely worth trying to see if it works for you
This really helps with elimination. It's not quite as good for bloating for me so I use another probiotic that helps with that. Everybody's biome is different and this seems to work for me.

Miome has been a lifesaver! A probiotic that actually works for regularity. And I've tried them all!

I believe it is working!
Maybe it's a coincidence, but I don't think so. Since Ive started using Miome Probiotic, my gut issues have regulated, um....er....become predictable, in a good way. I'm sticking with it! I like predictable, when it comes to.... predictability.

Maybe listen to the negative reviews before deciding
I wanted to believe the positive reviews, but turns out the negative ones are what happened to me. First day was great. Stomach felt wonderful, no pain, no bloat. Next day stomach was still ok but hadn’t had a bowel movement. Third day still hadn’t had one. 4th day was getting more miserable still no bowel movement. By day 5 finally went a bit but on day 6 after having one, the bloating and cramps came on hard. Stopped it after that. Can’t return of course / lesson learned.
