Bought a pair of size Medium for myself (5'5" about 140 lbs) I do CrossFit and these are great for any squat, even burpees (protect your knees from scraping). So I bought the exact same pair again for a girl friend of mine at the gym. I let her borrow mine one day and she loved them.

This is my second pair of Mava knee sleeves and I love the support they provide during squats, running, and jumping. I have another brand as well and they are not as thick nor supportive.

Llegaron bien y a tiempo. Se ven de buena calidad pero al usarlas no aprietan mucho, compre la talla chica, siguiendo las instrucciones de medición, mi rodilla mide 33cm de diámetro y no me aprietan, al usarlas se van bajando un poco. Para alguien que necesita buen soporte para cargas pesadas como en powerlifting no las recomiendo, pero si no se carga tanto pues si podrían apoyar.

The knee sliders are good at the moment and do the job properly. I’ve just used them one time. I hope they’ll last for longer. At first sight the material is very good.

Provides excellent cushioning and support through tout the full range of motion especially during squats. Only downside is that neoprene gives OD our when sweaty.

Absolute beauties, I ordered the wrong size originally because I didn't check before I ordered. I emailed mava and they got back to me right away with a 100% off code for another pair. Well they came yesterday and fortunately today was leg day. Felt so secure doing my sets, what I was doing 6 with last week I got 10 with today. Hack squats felt great as well was able to use full rom with no concern for knees. Didn't use them for squats which I regret but I except a pr next leg session with these knee sleeves for sure!...update finally hit 10 reps on 140kg thanks to these sleeves!!!
