best Soba noodles and not the sticky kind
If you want 100% wholegrain buckwheat noodles made in the traditional manner (you can watch a video on this by the way) then these are your noodles. They are simply great.

Received Brown Rice Noodles and not Buckwheat
I received brown rice noodles instead of buckwheat which I did not want. Will use these but would not buy from this seller again.
