This has been a God sent...since my hospitalisation for a spinal infection and subsequent sciatic chronic paid I have tried a number of options...support belts...tens machine...heat bags...but nothing comes close to this. As soon as you inflate you get a sense of real support and the heat is absolute bliss. I leave it on for 30 minutes and it leaves my lower back virtually pain free for a period of time. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering chronic back pain.

I found this device gave me a lot of pain relief and I could move around easily while wearing it. Unfortunately after about a month it started to leak air. I was very impressed by the supplier who quickly replaced it with a new one without having to send the faulty one back

It's a nice, although quite expensive, back warmer but it didn't really give the stretch I expected. The shape of the belt is meant for people with a strange body form; it leaves a gap in my back. I have to put in on my back and then velcro it shut at a V shape sownward, right at my pubic bone. I don't feel any type of traction/decompression. Nonetheless, it does feel good afterwards even though it doesn't meet my expectations.

Great item, partner had the old version until it punctured, returned it for a refund, and I received that, the seller was very quick to reply and ask why I had returned it, they were 10/10 for customers service and were fantastic resolving my problem as the belt itself is brilliant for anyone suffering lower back problems as my partner uses it daily. I would and will purchase from the seller again in the future and they quickly and kindly sent us a new one.

Unfortunately faulty on this occasion, which I’m sure is a one off. It worked to a degree for a couple of days (inflation was useless), the heat also stopped working within a couple of days. Seller offered a replacement but didn’t want to take the risk.Seller very accommodating.

Was skeptical but once using for awhile you do feel the relief from back pain. I have a compression fracture in the lower spine that is very painful and takes awhile to heal so I shopped around on Amazon and picked this one for price and mainly quality. It's very well made and holds the pressure until you release it. I only wear it when I'm sitting or standing in one position for a awhile. You shouldn't wear it too much because your core muscles will become too dependent and not strengthen on their own which is vital for recovery. You need to do center core muscle exercises that will support the spine naturally and use this product when needed!I definitely recommend this device as it's durable and it works!

So far so good.Gave me instant relief putting it on and blowing it up,. Unfortunately, the air pump stopped working after a few days. Contacted amazon, returned the item, got a refund, was contacted by the seller and they gave me a free replacement. Am very grateful and satisfied by the replacement product that works great and also very impressed by the folks that run the business, the sellers contacting me and offering me a free replacement,that came to my door the next day. It is a good product and the folks who run the business are kind and honest stellar folk. Very impressed and satisfied customer

Ich muss sagen, dass mir dieser Gürtel absolut geholfen hat. Ich habe seit Mitte Dezember 2023 massive Ischiasprobleme und war von März bis Mitte Juli bei der Physiotherapie einschließlich Medikamente. Das ergab weder Linderung noch Heilung. Dann kaufte ich den Wärme- und Dekompressionsgürtel und glaubt es oder nicht, nach 4 Tagen an denen ich den Gürtel trug, hatte ich keine Schmerzen mehr. Leider wurde der Gürtel dann undicht worauf ich ihn zurücksandte aber sofort eine Gutschrift erhielt. Ich habe mir sofort einen neuen Gürtel gekauft.
