I really looked into these; I wanted to try an alternative to St. Johns, so I liked the idea of the Rhodiola, and I wanted to try an Acai supplement that wasn't boosted by caffeine. This combined both those ideas. I liked the company's web sight and their explanation of the quality of content for their product. And sure enough, they make me feel great! For me, these are more about the energy than just the mood, but it helps in both ways. Many times, I only take the morning dose, and they still give me energy, without feeling jumpy like caffeine, which can make me uptight and keep me up too late. I have 5 kids, and these help me to have enough energy to last through the day, instead of hitting a wall at or before dinnertime when there's still lots to do.
