Size was not right bottom to big top to small.
Just didn't fit my 10 x 10 frame. Probably just wrong manufacturer because I suppose they are all different. Going to make do until next year n see if I can find the right one. The bottom was too big and the top was too small. Pretty disappointed all n all cause last one lasted 15+ years. Like the waterproof fabric. Just didn't fit like my old one. So definitely check type you have. Learned my lesson but like most things you buy on internet are not quite what you actually get. Buyer beware. Good product just wrong manufacturer.

Not thrilled!
I used it for my patio gazebo. Condensation issues, so water drips on you. There aren't enough velcro ties. There should one in the center of each side, and there aren't so it blows crazy and comes up. Not good. The top cap, blew off the first night. It's too large for my tier. I have already experienced a tear at one of the velcro tab sites. It probably won't make it through today's rain.I would return it, but I'm not dealing with the hassle of that. It's just too difficult for me to do. I'll probably just cut it down and pull. Not a wise purchase. Don't make the same mistake that I have.

Sturdy and real 10x10 size so fits well.
True 10x10 but no rubber backing as thought but still waterproof. Sturdy. Withstand well to high winds so far through summer.

A little big
Although I did say this fits the Nantucket Ocean State gazebo, now that it is up I can add a few more things. The top does not sit like the photo. Mine kind of sags on top. Remember the seller did not say it fits the Nantucket. We needed a canopy top and went for it. The sides do fit flanges that jot out but in rain the top sags in all around and rain builds up and yu have to go out with a broom to get the water off. I am going to adjust this to work. I am tying down the ends and going to try to secure it on better with maybe adding some Velcro myself. The top blows off a little to the slide thus letting the air vents rest over the items inside and you get rain on your table. Another adjustment. But I'm happy with the purchase for the most part. Again not the sellers fault. They did not say it fits the Nantucket. Just be prepared to do some adjustments.

Good deal for the price
We ordered this product not knowing the brand of our gazebo we bought years ago at J.C.Penny. We took a shot in the dark with this gazebo replacement canopy advertised as a 10' X 10' two teir ( it is exactly 10' X 10'). Our JCPenny advertised our gazebo as a 10' X 10' but is actually 9' 8 1/2" X 9' 8 1/2, so the sides were way too loose. The size difference is not the fault, blame, or error of the canopy manufacturer, our gazebo frame was not exactly 10 X 10. there is a section of mosquito type netting that connects the top teir to the bottom tier of the canopy. This replacement canopy has 2 grommets on each side for rain drainage, our original canopy had 3 on each side ( i might install more ). Being a handy man and not wanting to return the canopy cover, I went to a hardware store ( Blue Collar Supply in Sacramento ) and bought some solid stock aluminum ( about $17 for one 8' section ) that fit snug in the hollow frame of our gazebo. I cut the gazebo frame and inserted the cut up aluminum stock ( each cut piece about 11" to extend the frame 3 1/2" and have about 4" inserted to each side for support). then I installed set screws to keep the extensions from moving. Note all 4 sides as well as all four roof supports had to be extended. Another problem we had with our gazebo is the slope of the roof. The vertical height difference in our gazebo from eve to the center height is about 25". For the replacement canopy to fit snug, the height difference should be about 30". With the adjustment we made to our gazebo frame our cover now fits snug on the sides and is still a little loose due to the difference in roof slope. For the consumer: The quality of this product is well worth the price. If you were to buy the material at a fabric store (not counting grommets and netting) it would cost more than the product, and you still have to do all the sewing. For the manufacturer: I believe it would be helpful if the description was more detailed. The top tier is 3' X 3' etcetera

The mosquito netting and velcro all around the top small teir and velcro all around the big canopy
We like the product because it has a mosquito netting that connects the large (teir) part of the canopy to the smaller (teir) top part, with velcro all around both the big and small parts of the canopy, thus keeping the top (small) teir from flying off when strong winds come. The canopy we replaced had a zippher instead of velcro, but so far, the top tier of the new canopy has not come off, even with strong winds. Thank you

Deteriorated by the sun in Northern states by 2nd year
After 1 year outdoors the mosquito netting around the top cover basically disintegrated so I tore it off the top. Then during the second summer of being outdoors the main top started to rip/tear where the velcro straps are so there are now fairly big holes in the top (4"x4") in several locations where these straps hold the top to the frame. I'm a little dismayed with the ability of this top to endure some sunlight on it. I did not have this outdoors on the structure all winter to help preserve it more but apparently that effort last winter was to no avail. I'll be looking for a better quality product for its replacement for next season.

It needs to fit tighter.
It was very easy to install. I just wish it fit tighter on the frame because it bulges when it rains and collects rain.
