paper won't load from lower tray
I bought this printer refurbished. When I first used it, it worked fine. But after the 2nd time using it, it will no longer load paper from the lower tray (tray 2). I have to manually load the paper from the side (tray 1). I think the lower feeder or tray will need to be replaced.

Refurbished HP Color LaserJet CP3525dn Printer
I knew of this color printer before my purchase. I also knew toner was not included, they cost is about $200. for each cartridge. Drawer 2 will not work while feeding the paper through while printing, I have to use the side feede to print, which I do not like. I tried to change it to #2 tray but each time I print, I get the error jam 13.30. It seems this was not fixed as promised.
