Its size is about one smaller than what is appropriate.It has wired in it.The basket size is correct. There's no cheating about size.However, the back strap part has a pretty interesting design.The reason it is smaller is that the back straps have been designed to be shorter.Basically the material is soft and quality.Too bad the size is not accurate due to the design.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue
