This case is perfect for my oversized sunglasses, but it works for the regular classes as well. Sturdy construction, and it looks good.

Update: After 5 years of constant use and abuse, the hinge on my case finally broke today. The rest of the case looks almost as pretty as the day I got it, with only a few barely noticeable spots showing evidence of wear and tear. I will definitely be ordering another one! Original Review: Appearance When I shop for things I know I'll be looking for often, I try to avoid dull or generic colors that are easily overlooked. Having an eye-catching color is especially helpful for an eyeglass case, which I am often looking for while unable to see clearly. This case is prefect for my needs. It's bright and shiny so that I can easily spot it amongst my other belongings, even when all I can see are vague shapes and colors. Of course, when I CAN see, it's just nice to have something that's a necessity also look pretty. The included cleaning cloth complements the case very nicely. Sturdiness The case seems well made and able to stand up to mild punishment. Despite getting jostled around with my wallet, phone, and many keys in a purse that gets thrown around, there seems to be no damage. The hinge is still working great, keeping the case closed while in my purse and the top and bottom halves aligned perfectly. No glitter has fallen off either. The outside of the case actually has a nice, smooth finish, unlike with other glittery things that just have the glitter glued on, leaving a rough texture, and allowing the glitter to rub off easily. Size (for MEDIUM) This is a VERY COMPACT case, so make sure the glasses you want to put inside are small. Since I'm a very visual person, I found the measurements in the product description only mildly helpful and I wasn't sure my glasses would fit. But, I went ahead and ordered because I loved the color and the price wasn't bad. Luckily, my glasses fit in the medium size, but just barely. I'm sure this means that the small size would only fit children's glasses or the smallest of reading glasses. Since my glasses do fit, the compact size of the case means it takes up minimal room in my purse/backpack, and my glasses don't get shaken around much while inside. I included several pictures showing the measurements (in inches) of both the case and my glasses, which I hope will help anyone who's still not sure about sizing.

I ordered the medium size, which was perfect for my progressive glasses. I have 2 different colors, one for sunglasses and one for computer glasses. Best eyeglass case ever. They always give me black or dark colored cases when I get new eyeglasses at the optician and they are hard to see in your purse, especially if your vision needs eyeglasses in the first place!!! These I can see immediately, and identify which pair by the color. I find them instantly in my purse, and I love that. And if I leave my computer glasses somewhere around the house, the bright sparkling glitter is easily spotted by me or any other family member assisting me to find them. Something I didn't know, but found out, is that underneath the sparkly coating, this case is metal. I have a refridge magnet and I can stick my sunglasses to my refridge's side by my kitchen door, to grab the next time I go outside in the yard. Weird, but I like that. I like to keep my stuff by the kitchen door, ready to go out. The glitter does not come off, the interior is a sort of black velvet, and they do not bend so your eyeglasses are safe.

I love this glittery purple case! It matches perfectly with my purple Guess glasses that have a wave of purple glitter on the temples. I also love the pretty cleaning cloth that comes with it. I purchased this case in June of 2016, and the hinge just popped on it yesterday when I opened it, so now it won't stay closed. I'm disappointed that it didn't even last a whole year. And it's not like I'm opening and closing it all day long. I take my glasses out of the case when I get to work, then I put them back in when I leave work. I don't need my glasses to drive. If I run errands after work I might have to get my glasses out a few times while shopping so I can see the prices or ingredients, but when I get home I use a pair of glasses that I keep at home to watch TV or read. Overall I think it's a great case, but it should be made to last a few years, not less than one, so that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. But since I need a new case now, and this one matches my glasses perfectly, I will order another one. I have an optometrist appointment tomorrow and plan to use the same purple frames if I need to get new glasses, so I want to have this matching case again. So off I go to order another one, and I hope it lasts longer this time!

I love this case! It is so cute and fabulous! I ordered the Poetic Pink in medium and my glasses fit perfectly. It actually has enough room that I could probably fit a small bottle of cleaning fluid inside with my glasses (and cloth). The case is very sturdy and doesn't seem like it will come apart when dropped (a lot) like my previous case did. The surface is smooth and the glitter is definitely not coming off - it's covered in this clear coating and it seems it should be able to take a beating. It has this smooth firm texture almost like leather but not quite as soft. It also has a little lip to make opening and closing the case easier. It does, like most cases, make a loud noise when shut, but the closing mechanism is smooth nonetheless. Also, it did come with a cleaning cloth, but I am just using one I already had, which is softer and better quality, in my opinion. (The cloth included was cute though and probably works fine.) I may order another case in the future to use for other things, like keys, makeup, pens, etc, as the case is small, sturdy, and very cute! I wish they made these in the larger clamshell style for sunglasses! Thanks!

Looks beautiful and good sized for my big sunglasses. However, it smells so so so so indescribably bad. I've had to put it outside and I won't be able to use it until the smell hopefully goes away.
