This whole body massage pad has powerful vibration and feels great on a sore and tired body. The heat is very warm and comforting while relaxing on this pad. I love it!

This has 5 modes, 3 intensities, heat and a seperate mode where you can choose either one or 4 vibrating areas to work independently or simultaneously. This is NOT a massager. This most likely will not give you any type of instant relief. This has 10 vibrators in 5 different sections. It is very relaxing and does help with sore muscles but it takes many hours if not days of use to have any real effect on the muscles. After a week or two of use the pad gets compacted and the vibrators can become uncomfortable. I have a thin pad that I put on top of my vibrating pad and that works just fine. If you are looking for something that is going to massage your muscle pain out, this is NOT a massager. If you are looking for something that helps with sore muscles and helps relax you or even help you to sleep, then this is an excellent pad for that. I use this in combination with massagers. I use this pad as one part of my arsenal to work on all my sore muscles as I get older.

It just vibrates. After a while gives a mild tingling feeling. Wouldn’t call it a message mat, but feels ok after a workout.

The function of the mat is very well. Operates for 30 minutes then shuts off, I'm assuming for fire risks. My pain subsides while in use. I like that you can change the heat settings. It vibrates/pulsates from head to feet also you can choose the area individually. Now I have my at home therapy units complete for pedicures and massages😁
