Granted, I didn't rub my eyes or anything, but after applying the liner and waiting for it to dry, I hopped into a shower to test it out. Came out of the shower without any liner on/around my eyes, very minimal flaking (Would be very easy to touch up or conceal outright with eyeshadow), and no difference in the strength of the line away from the edges.My *only* complaint is that the applicator brush it comes with is way too clunky and thick, and not tapered nearly enough to give a thin/tapered line. This however, is easily fixed, if you have the non-waterproof version with a far more tapered brush. Simply take out the much more slender/tapered non-waterproof liner top and give it a brief wash, then put it onto the waterproof liner. Shake it up, and voila, you have the best product with the best applicator (The tops fit perfectly as they are the exact same size so you don't have to worry about air getting in or anything like that).Frankly I don't know how I lived without waterproof liner in such a humid climate for so long.

I thought I would like it because I like their mega liner but the tip is very thick and stiff compared to the other one and it doesn’t go on smoothly. It would also smudge onto my eyelid and be sticky.

Doesn’t have the same feel as I remember it having. It smears and is not smudge proof. The last time I bought it, it stayed put for hours. Found a better one and will not use this one again.

This is the best liquid eyeliner i have tried. It goes on beautifully and stays put all day! Such a great price too!! 100% recommend!!
