Great for hammock camping
I do a lot of hammock camping and I like to use an air mattress in the hammock for extra comfort and warmth in the winter. These big rectangular pads help keep the material of the hammock spread out and way from me, so I have a little more space. The mattress was easy to pump up with a small electric air pump and kept me comfortable all night.

good price
The media could not be loaded. Given the good price (compared to more well-known brands of backpacking sleeping pads), this one is worth a try. Do note that this seems to be designed for ultralight use — i.e. for carrying in your backpack when camping and sleeping. In other words it won't be as thick as you likely expected to be if you haven't bought one designed for backpacking. But if you are comparing this to other backpack-specific sleeping pads, you'll find that this one is just about as comfortable. When I sleep on my back on this, it does the job well of eliminating hotspots: pressure points against the ground. When fully inflated, it also does the fairly decent job of supporting side sleeping positions, although the shoulder does take a lot of the weight against the ground — not unlike other backpacking sleeping pads though, not in a substandard way.I thought the design to be rather clever with the built-in air pump. Considering it includes that and still is under 2 pounds total, it's impressive. However, the act of trying to inflate it (see video) proved to be far more time-consuming than just picking it up and blowing in the valve. But this is the first time I have used a "sponge" type of valve so I cannot compare it to any others. I just know that I lost patience with the number of tiny puffs of each step that I gave up and just blew in it. Which is fine: backpacking camping pads don't take much air to fill, and therefore don't get you winded.I would call the description to be a slight exaggeration where it says it's the size of a water bottle. It seemed a little larger than even a 32 ounce water bottle. But not by much. Also if you want to shave a little weight because you are in fact using this for backpacking, you can skip the cover and just use the elastic band that it comes with: sort of like a fat rubber band that you can put around it after rolling it up. That will shave a couple ounces. The most important thing is how well will it hold up? That I cannot yet answer. I'll take it with me on the next camping trip and then update if it doesn't hold up.

Excellent light camping pad
This camping pad is perfect for backpacking or for providing a little extra cushion underneath you while sitting or sleeping. I like that you can inflate it via the foot pump, which is relatively easy, just a little time-consuming sometimes. Fortunately, it's easy to deflate and packs down nicely so it's easy to pack. I like to keep these for when I travel in case I get stuck in an airport overnight. Overall, a decent camping mat.

Hard to inflate
Definitely not a 60 second inflation. I ended up trying an air pump. Blowing air into it with your mouth is faster than the foot pump.

Great lightweight camping pad
My son used this sleeping pad this weekend on our fall camping trip. It was easy to inflate/deflate and the built in foot pump was adaquate. As others have mentioned, this is not an 8" thick air mattress. This is great for backpack camping and if you just want to keep yourself off the ground. The built in pillow was a nice addition. It held the air all night, although it did seem to stretch a little after the first night. Nothing a couple more pumps couldn't fix.

Easy to use
The pad is easy to inflate using the embedded pump—it doesn't need many pumps. The included pillow improves comfort. I can deflate and store the pad in the bag easily. It is longer than I expected and perfectly fits my 2-person camping tent, which leaves minimal free space from end to end of the tent.

Compact Comfort: Great Sleeping Pad for Lightweight Camping
I love the compact size of this sleeping pad. I've owned several over the years, but none are quite so portable. Although it is less plush than my larger, thicker inflatables, it's perfect for short wilderness and backcountry camping trips, where you need to keep your overall weight down. I was also delighted to discover that it's small enough to fit into one of the mesh side pockets on my backpack, so it neither takes up interior space nor needs to be protected because it has its own waterproof pouch.Overall, it's a simple, compact sleeping pad, great for rustic camping overnights. Recommend!
