Notes will break, it doesn't matter which method you use, I even put the mould to freezer for 15 minutes as advised by 5* reviewers, this doesn't work.

Rediculously hard to use. Do not buy it. Impossible

I found these a bit flimsy and small. Chocolate broke when I took them out. Had to buy a replacement for my cake

I wanted to use this for a birthday cake I was making for a customer.Mould is too thin in places and the notes broke every time I tried to remove them from the mould.Not fit for purpose.

Arrived quickly - the mould is quite strong but the insets are too shallow for the shapes to come out without breaking

Absolutely rubbish! The mould is not cut sufficiently wide to be useable, the notes just break & the treble clef is a joke. One if the notes is even the wrong way round. Complete waste of money, don’t bother!
