It's very useful for engineering students. Various type of critical problem solved by use of this ,trigonometry function, exponential function etc. It is value for money, accuracy is more, easy to use, battery life is better , better button quality.

Solid calculator for students — does the job without drama As an engineering student, the Casio fx-991MS has been a lifesaver for me. It covers all the essential functions — complex numbers, matrices, integration, stats, etc. — without going overboard. The button feedback is decent, the display is clear (dual-line is a plus), and it runs on both solar + battery, so you never get stuck during an exam. It's not flashy like the fx-991EX, but it’s reliable and familiar. And honestly, sometimes that’s all you need. It’s accepted in most Indian exams (JEE, GATE, etc.), which is a big win. Only downside? No high-resolution display and feels a bit "2000s retro" — but that’s part of the charm. TL;DR: Great value, trusted brand, exam-ready — go for it if you don’t need the fancy features of the newer models.
