Even if for the smell alone definitely worth a try!
OMG THE SMELL! TOTALLY WORTH IT! Next, the flavor, with extra virgin olive oil, tasty and exotic. Very pleasant experience.I know next to nothing of how it supposed to taste, it was a complete experiment, but one I'm very pleased with! I'm still testing it on different foods, but so far, I'm enjoying it. This one has the very hard to find ingredients of hyssop and sumac, so I went for it. Worth a try for sure! A little goes a long way but I can see myself using it up soon.It comes in a zip pouch, which is handy and takes almost no extra space among my spices, too.It's a treat, really!

Something delightfully different!
I was listening to a lady on the radio who was being interviewed about her cookbooks, and she was talking about her favorite spice mix that is used all over the middle East called Za'atar. She made it sound so good I had to try it! Used in simple everyday breakfast dishes such as eggs gave me a way to try this with very little effort. It was a delightful change from just adding salt and pepper to eggs and is something I will experiment with a lot! I'm always game for trying new spices and dishes!

Best spice hands down.
Love Love this spice. My hubby who is stagnant in trying new flavors was pleasantly shocked when I sprinkled this on some cauliflower parts I roasted. He asked what made the cauliflower tast so good. He doesn’t care so much for cauliflower. He said it was the best cauliflower he had ever eaten in 60+ years of his life. He never heard of hyssop before, so it was a win win on my end. Grinning. Definitely getting more. I love it on bread...just saying. LolIt was packaged perfectly & the amount was just right. The spice was fresh and well made.

My new favorite spice blend.
My order arrived promptly and the spice blend was fresh and moist. I love this flavor and I have added it to practically every savory food I eat. Soups, stews, any cut of meat chicken and seafood. I also add to eggs, pizza and popcorn. I just re-ordered it, which I almost never use up a spice blend before it gets stale.

Great product; prefer glass to preserve freshness.
This product - “The Spice Way Garlic Zaatar” - is delicious! Very versatile - good on many dishes. (Zip-lock bag may help keep the price down; transferred mine to glass.)

This should be your new seasoning of the fall!
I Have found myself using this spice blend many different ways. I love it on meat and also flavoring for Olive oil for dipping sauce or just over any cooked squash instead of butter and or salt.
