Bought as a replacement for a flimsy item supplied with a punch bag bracket.Gone from being the weak link - to the strongest part of the bracket!Good value. You wont be disappointed.

Seems well-made just too narrow for me
Nothing wrong with the product in itself just too small to hang my punchbag on the bar i have. Be careful to check all measurements.

The last punchbag hook broke quite quickly. I bought this as a replacement & it's much better than the other one - stronger & more robust. I only used the punchbag a few times with this hook so can't comment on how long it will last although I suspect it will last longer than the first one. Good service from the supplier.
