do these phones have 2 phone lines?

These phones do not work on their own, they need to be part of a telephone system, with a Nortel control unit. They can handle multiple lines up to 8 but need the control unit to work. A Nortel phone, that will work on its own and accommodate 2 lines, would be the model 9417 or 9417CW. This phone was also manufactured by Aastra. We do not sell it.

Do these phones bring the cords and buttons?

The phone comes with a cord for the handset and has all of the buttons.

Are these phones compatible with analog cable sockets? Our office currently uses Nortel, the model is T7208.

no they are not you need a nortel system.

Can i use this phone model for home use. are there any other device need to work for home phone.

I believe it is part of a Meridian Norstar Phone System. I wouldn’t recommend for home use.
