Levi's Men's Mid Rise Regular Fit Jeans

bootcut-jeans in schwarz sind ja mittlerweile mangelware, die levi's 512 ist irgendwie komplett aus den realen und virtuellen regalen verschwunden und wird m.w. auch gar nicht mehr produziert.die 517 ist große klasse, wenn die größe stimmt! und bei mir passt die hose eben nicht, wenn ich die hose mit der bundweite kaufe, die bei der 512 immer gepasst hat: 33. nicht nur, dass sie mit 33er-bundweite hochgezigen bis über den bauchnabel reicht, auch kann man den eindruck gewinnen, dass der bauchbereich, den amerikanischen verhältnissen angepasst (?) etwas zu großzügig gestaltet worden ist ;-). und die hose weitet sich beim tragen doch recht extrem, so dass ich mit der 33er-bundweite nur sehr kurz zufrieden war.die 32er-bundweite wirkt beim tragen zunächst zu eng, weitet sich dann aber recht schnell in richtung bequemen sitz.was lehrt uns das? die größe und auch stoff sind nicht direkt mit der 512 zu vergleichen. und einen kleinen wermutstropfen stellen auch die nähte dar, die im vergleich zur 512 relativ hell sind - aber das ist nur ein kleiner wermutstropfen für eine hose in schwarz, die sonst ausgestorben ist!

Lets start with the sizing. Only size up on the waist and not the length. Inseam is perfect. Of course all 100% cotton jeans will shrink and this one will too. The length of the jeans, I believe, is slightly longer keeping the shrinkage in consideration.Now for the styling part, its just perfect. A real man always wears his jeans AT THE WAIST and so these are definitely a Man's jeans as compared to 527. I would leave the 527 to skinny teens.Indeed a classic fit. Fits perfectly in the thighs and the boot cut is perfect. I wear with cowboy boots and dress boots. Will have gathers at the ankle if you do any sort of regular shoes without a little heel. Pair it up with a shirt or a t shirt, a sport coat or a denim jacket. Impress those ladies ;)

Après quelques péripéties (produit qui m'a été dérobé et dont je croyais, à tort, être celui qui était l'objet de cette commande), j'ai bien reçu le colis, le pantalon est d'une très belle qualité. Le service client, toujours courtois, a toujours cherché à résoudre mon problème (qui ne venait finalement pas d'eux). Excellent pant. The boot cut isn't over exaggerated either. The extra bit of room in the thighs is great for people with big thighs/butts. I love the look, but just don't fit into Wranglers or Rustlers! Thanks Levi's ❤
