It has been life-changing for me. With fibromyalgia, my nervous system seems to perpetually be in overdrive. Taking this daily has dramatically reduced the constant overstimulation and heat sensitivity, and with that, the anxiety tied to getting through the day in that state. Taken symptomatically for flare-ups, I can feel my body downshift in about thirty minutes. So grateful for this combination that helps to bring me down without making me groggy or foggy.

This product can cause cancer and reproductive harm it has the p65warning. I’m going to assume it’s the capsule it’s very unmindful to put healing herbs in a toxic capsule. I will never purchase anything from Swanson again

LOVE! have been prescribed many sleeping meds over the years and this product has effectively gotten me off of the presciptions. I feel so awake in the morning after a full night's rest. No groggy hangover like the prescriptions used to leave me with. My husband and I both love this product and this is our reorder bottle:). Highly recommended!

I take 3 of these with melatonin to help me sleep. I take just 2 to relax along with Calm Aid. It works. Good stuff.

I have used this combination of herbs from a different manufacturer, and it was much stronger. It can be a very effective sleep aid. The label says use one. Perhaps more would be better for me. I can't speak for other people, though.
