This D3 + K2 supplement with coconut oil is very easy to take consistently. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and there’s just a mild coconut oil taste/smell, but nothing unpleasant. D3 helps support calcium absorption and immune function, while K2 helps direct that calcium into bones instead of soft tissues, which is why they’re often paired together. I also like that the dosages are on the lower side, which makes it easy to take daily without worrying about overdoing vitamin D. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient supplement with no issues so far and something I’ll continue using.

Best purchase of Vit D3/K2 (with coconut oil). There is a scent yet I love the scent of coconut. I love that it’s a softgel. It doesn’t stick if kept in a cool, dry area. If it does stick, just keep in the fridge. Out of all the Vit D products, this is the best by far. A great bone strengthener for my condition.

Now that my post-op calcium levels are finally stabilizing, I don’t need the 5,000iu D3 daily; but, I do still want to supplement with some D3. My endocrinologist recommended I drop to 2,000iu. I considered several choices here on Amazon and chose this brand based on quality and affordability. I appreciate that the soft gels contain the K2 MK7 (since my multivitamin does not) as well as a tiny bit of healthy fat (since both D3 and K2 are fat soluble). I’m really happy with the quality and proportions of the ingredients (and especially with what is not added), as well as with the value: the price for the quantity is pretty good. The soft gels are small and very consistent. It looks like there is good quality control. I was worried about ordering during the middle of summer, but I didn’t have any trouble with clumping. For those who do have trouble with clumping (with any soft gels), you can stick the bottle in the freezer for about 5 minutes and then shake well (while closed); this usually resolves the problem. Because I am so happy with these soft gels, I have added others of this brand to my Amazon list. I plan to switch to this brand for most of the other supplements I take. I hope they remain available on Amazon for many years to come.
