Cooking during the holiday season is always a tiring process but the end results are typically worth it. For some reason, I've never taken the initiative to get a proper carving knife or fork and always just used a normal fork and butchers knife. This set is a much better choice! The knife is extremely sharp and cuts through any meat with ease. The fork is also suitably sharp so that it can stab into the entire serving to hold it in place. The handles for both are well attached and easy to keep a hold of so there aren't any slip ups. Holiday dinner will flow as smoothly as this knife cuts.
