This is the first time I have ever tried Bee Pollen, so I am no expert on this subject. What I do know is, people have been taking bee pollen for a long time. It is considered a Superfood. I've only been taking it for a few days now and have had no reactions to it, that is always a good thing. As a food, bee pollen does at least seem to be nutritious. It's a good source of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates. I will keep taking it to see how I feel in the long run.

I'm really looking forward to using this bee pollen supplement. I love that it is all natural and good for you. I've taken it for 3 days now and haven't had any adverse effects. It doesn't have an aftertaste. I recommend this product!

I have used Nature's Craft praducts before and really liked them. The bottle contains 120 capsules which is 2 months worth. I really like the simple, clean ingredients in this supplement: just bee pollen--no unnecessary ingredients. I like that it is made in the USA in a GMP facility. This is a good product that I can recommend!

I feel like I have tried bee pollen and didn't notice any of the results I was hoping for like an energy boost. With this one, I definitely noticed a nice perk. I took it in the afternoon and it was like a gentle cup of coffee with no jittery or wired feeling. I just felt like I had a good night's sleep the night before type of clarity.This was a nice balance of physical & mental energy, whereas some supplements tend to give one or the other. I wouldn't say this has a huge effect, but it is gentle enough and had no side effects, that I will keep it out on my countertop for tired days. I took off one star for not disclosing the sourcing country of the bee pollen, nor any information on third party quality testing for heavy metals/contaminants. For the $20 price of this-that is something I would expect.I will look for another brand that offers this after finishing this bottle.

The pill size and dosing are easy to swallow. I like that bee pollen is in a capsule and reading the possible benefits I'm glad to try these. I used them for pre-workout and it seems to give some energy boost. Looking forward to continue using.
