The package arrive damaged and so did the product. Instead of sending a replacement the sent me parts to repair it, which I had to find someone to repair it for me. The machine was louder than I expected which made my dog nervous. Lowest speed was 1 mile and hour which is probably fine for most dogs but my chihuahua has 4 inch legs, plus being nervous she just wouldn't stay on it. When I expressed dissatisfaction I was told I could return it for a 35 % restocking fee. Soooooo, the machine sits there collecting dust and taking up space. I paid $650 for something that can't be used. I have been trying to sell it for $300.00 just to get a portion of my money back but still no luck. Lesson learned...READ THE TERMS...!!!

Smooth running, effective piece of equipment to balance those times when, against your better judgement,you've given the puppy a fingertip full of whipped cream.The rails have to be assembled, which is a little tricky, but once your pup comes to know and love the treadmill, (and they surely will),you really don't need them. It's very heavy and you'll need a dolly or another person, to get it where you want it.The best feature, for us, is the remote. You can sit off to the side and have complete control over the machine and the dog using it.Small dogs cruise nicely at about 3 1/2 - 4 MPH. Be careful with speeds above 5 MPH. (Tip: if you can hear their nails scraping the mat as they run, they're either tired, or the speed is too fast) I have two BIchon Boyz. We "workout" twice a day for 6 minutes each, moving gradually up to5 MPH, stay there for 30 seconds, and gradually back down. Then it's beef jerky on the house.It's a little pricey on the screen, but once you open the freight, it's easy to see that you've gotten your money's worth.And the customer service is absolutely first class. Very highly recommended.

Too short and it says up to 35 lbs. My puppy is 31 and tread mill labors. Too much money for something that doesn't work as well as advertised.

I love this Treadmill for Baby.She just had her knee replacement. I will be useing the treadmill very soon..Best thing I could have gotten this for my dog..Thank you,Ms Cookie

This thing is awesome! Nice and quiet, easy to move, and my chihuahuas got the hang of it right away. Definitely a great buy for someone with small dogs that hate winter weather!

I love it! It took a bit for the dogs to catch on, but now I can work two together.
