Glad I don't have to go to Mexico to get this!
I like to use clear vanilla when decorating my cookies. It keep the white white. The flavour is not as strong as the dark vanilla but I just use a little extra. You get a very large amount. It lasts a long time.

We Love Our Mexican Vanilla
I was hesitant because of the reviews, but I think it's just because people mistake this for the vanilla you get in the US and Europe. It has a slightly sweeter taste and smell, but we love this in everything we would usually use vanilla for. Makes your baking taste just a little better and different so no one can make your recipes the same as you do 😜 It also works great to flavor white frosting made with crisco - keeps it white as white instead of tinting it yellow
