Olivina Men Lip Balm

I discovered Olivina Men Organic Lip Balms while scouring the web for lip balms that do not contain lanolin, coconut, or sunscreen. Olivina's products are intended for men; I am not a man, but I like this lip balm. It leaves my lips feeling comfortable and nourished. The first thing I noticed was the unusual oval shape of its tube. This doesn't affect application, but it might be intended to lie flatter in your pocket than a round tube. I prefer unflavored lip balm, but that is not an option in Olivina so I chose Ginger Citrus. It does, indeed, smell like ginger and lemon. If I want to taste it, I have to do so deliberately. The balm doesn't get in my mouth much from normal use. Note that Ginger Citrus should not be confused with Ginger Beer, a scent option in some of Olivina's body care products.The first ingredient is organic olive oil; the second is beeswax. Olivina lip balm falls on the waxy end of the spectrum, the other end of the spectrum being oily. That's not a bad thing; the wax is soft, not dry. The wax may help the product stay on the lips longer than a typical balm, but I haven't noticed much difference in that department. It does, however, make the balm less glossy than is typical. I tend to think this was deliberate in a men's product. As I am a woman, I will note that this balm does not sheer out lipstick that is applied on top. This will be a good thing for some people, but I like to sheer my lipsticks out, so I use a different balm under lipsticks. If you want your lipstick color to remain in tact, or if you want to minimize gloss, this balm is great. Good quality balm

This stuff makes me happy. I am kind of a ginger/ginger ale flavor freak. Last year, an "all natural" brand had a nifty ginger flavored lip balm that I used to the stub. It was a Holiday Exclusive, and of course, I couldn't find it anywhere. Rather than spending $20+ dollars on a new pot online, I decided to look for an alternative. Enter this sweet stuff. I have bought 3 tubes of it because I love it so much, and I need to have a tube everywhere. I have friends who frequently use my belongings without permission, and they love this stuff too. It smells like ginger ale, and doesn't really have a flavor, but it also is made out of olive oil, so the consistency isn't really something you want to lick. It feels very soothing/comforting to dry lips. It's protective against bitter cold and wind. This lip balm inspired me to look into other Olivina Men products and now I'm trying the Juniper and Tonic Deodorant! (I'm also a G&T freak) Not sure about it yet. Olivina MEN? Psshh!

It doesn't spread as smooth and soft as some other chapsticks. But the flavor is good and it does last longer because it's a little harder and firmer. I'll use it in the summer in my car, the heat will soften it.

I actually stumbled upon this in a Target store about a year ago, however they do not sell it in stores anymore. Luckily I found it here on Amazon! I have used about 10 different chapsticks and lip balms and most of them would just dry out my lips and want me to continue to apply more. Once I found this one, I was amazed at how well it fixed my dry and chapped lips! It moisturizes very well and one application lasts quite a while. I will definitely continue to use this lip balm.

This is my son's favorite flavor, he says it's the very best lip protection he's ever tried, and he had tried many over the years.

Bought this as a less shiny alternative to some of my other lip balms, but I honestly think it was kind of a waste of money.It smells nice. The oval shape is nice. The rest.. meh.It doesn't feel particularly moisturizing, conditioning OR protective. It's the sort of waxy lip balm that makes you feel like you need to reapply it 45 seconds after you've applied it.I'll stick with my old favorite and just deal with the shine that comes along with it.

I have been looking for a lip balm that has some flavor to it, but not the sweet fruity, candy or soda flavors. When I came across this, I decided to take a chance. It is not a very strong flavor, but I like that. A lot of the time vanilla is just way over powering, but, I think there is just enough here that you know it is not an unflavored balm!

Love this chap stick, I drove to buffalo just to get different flavours lol

Found this lip balm in Nashville, loved it but don’t appreciate the fact that I’ll paying $20 for it

Un agradable y fresco sabor a menta de esta crema para labios que tiene un tubito ovalado y que puedes guardar en cualquier lugar sin hacer ningún estorbo. Su tamaño ronda los 6.5 cms y el contenido es el equivalente al de una pila AA y un poco menos a un tubo de crema L'Occitane.

La calidad de este producto es sorprendente. Recomiendo ampliamente su uso.

Es justo lo que se anuncia y huele delicioso!! Lo acabo de usar y se siente ligero y humectante, llevaba días con labios cuarteados y este balsamo lo soluciono en seguida
