I love being able to breath so good.
There is menthol in it - they show one of the ingredients as the plant. We have no way of knowing what is "actually" in there, but they do list the ingredients. Whether it helps this poor brain of mine or not, it is so nice to breath good. I'm not going to carry around a jar of methol, so this is perfect for me. The price is not unreasonable so I recommend. From someone who doesn't breath well, this stuff is great. So, I am giving it 5 stars and will order again. And, I will hope it helps my memory!! But, even if it does not, I will buy it.

Bad product.
There is no way I’m going to use an inhaler that is made in China. I returned the product.

To be honest,,,Vicks under my nose seems to do the same for me as these inhaler sticks do….

I took a quick inhale and even though ';m 81, I recited the nautical alphabet rapidly. Twice!
I gave the other one to a young nurse currently studying for tests.I keep mine on my desk and whiff ONCE before typing my notes.

It’s Vicks vapor rub re purposed
It’s just menthol in a inhaler repackaged, it’s crap , it’s simple Vicks vapor rub re purposed it’s nothing fancy and it doesint do anything special, I’m an idiot because I fell for it DO NOT ORDER

It’s a trust thing. Inhaling it doesn’t do anything for you that you notice, you just trust that it’s doing some good
