I had a sofa with artificial leather that, in retrospect, was not of great quality. After 4 or so years of use had white streaks all over it. I used this black restoring balm - now it looks like new!

I purchased this balm to darken a leather jacket that I've had. The color is lighter than shown in the video, even after multiple coats. Fortunately, I only put it on an interior tag patch. It's basically a latex paint as far as I can tell. It coats the leather in what will certainly peel off after some time and looks cheap.

I bought this stuff once and used it all up, so I bought another, and another yup just 3 so far, it can color your clothes, hair and rinse out if you don't like it eventually I think I got black hair and the Grey's are less noticeable kinda like just for men, but with better texture and color. For hair dye I give it a no go 2/10 leather it is a go 7/10 it takes pretty good in most cases 3-4 times to apply depending on what you want, very very important clean your item very very well or the ink will flake off so make sure you clean the item with alcohol and I used glass cleaner as well then alcohol and a blue soft no scratch pad for dishes walmarts brand applying last container now, so far im pleased with how easy it applies and no transfer of coloring.

Well it works on mild fading problems but anything with scratches it doesn’t do as well. You must be careful during applying because it seems to spread unevenly. I tried brushing it on like the video and got mixed results. When I applied it lightly but in more areas I had better results. I tried multiple applications to even the coverage but it didn’t make a difference. The color stayed the same even on multiple applications. So hence the 3 stars.

I got a chair from friends who had had a cat and it had scratched the leather and I use this on it and now it looks brand new. It is a little shinier than the existing leather, but I know that that will tone down quickly.
