This is a cute fancy dress costume for children. The costume is based on the young Queen of Hearts character in the Disney film "Descendants Rise of Red". Its not an age appropriate film, but the beauty of the costume design transcends the film, so I don't think that it matters. The garment is well made and my daughter is very pleased with it.
