Nice gift, looks good with a small pendent.After two years the gold is starting to wear down and discolor.Good value for price but not for everyday use.

I have a charm that came with a gold chain.I wanted to add to the chain and purchased an additional chain to add to the old one.in about a week the chain broke.I found on amazon the lifetime jewely chain that would be one piece.I purchased it and its great.its strong and while not gold its gold filled and sturdy.im sure it will not brake.its comfortable and looks like 14k so whos to know its gold filled.it doesnt turn my neck green .deffinitly worth the price

The chain comes in a small golden box with a little piece of cotton inside. I was very happy with the shine and cut of the chain. It looks real and the clasp is sturdy. Glad I found a reasonably priced alternative to a pure gold chain.The box that the chain came in should be sealed with a piece of tape. Mine was opened, resealed and then reopened. It made the chain look used or tapered with...I guess not a big deal but I like to open my packages myself. This was Amazon's doing since they ship Lifetime Jewelry.There is not a 24KFL stamp on the clasp of the chain but I was told that soon customers could request it.Also my chain was a tad bit shorter than 16", but Lifetime offered to measure and replace it. I decided to keep it and gift it and not go through the process of sending it back. Their customer service was top self, however.

Chain is pretty and is very good quality. This is my third or fourth purchase of Lifetime Jewelry because I was so impressed with my first purchase and then the second one too. It looks like pure gold, wears very good without losing the gold and is good quality so it doesn't break. I will probably purchase a silver color one soon too.Update: The part that the clasp hooks onto, is kind of big and I won't be able to use this chain with my pendants unless I add a larger jump ring to the pendant. I tried it with two of my favorite gold pendants. Bummer.

The so called gold chain got tarnished and also the clasp/hook broke and pendant fell off. As instructed as part of lifetime warranty, I sent the chain via USPS tracking, now its almost two months there is no information on the return from there side. I tried calling them, chatting via website, sending email but no response.So please be aware of this Lifetime Warranty of theirs, which is a total lie.Good luck buying from them.

The chain was beautiful and shinny and very sturdy. I purchased it to wear a medal on and wanted to wear it as an everyday chain. After a month and a half of constant wear I find the chain to still be very sturdy, however, it is loosing its luster. I have not cleaned the chain with any solutions, however, I do shower with iton. I too have had issues with it grabbing and pulling my hair out. Again, if you need a chain for everyday wear, I do not believe this is sufficient. Perhaps, to wear for a night out here and there would probably be better... I will be contacting the warranty department as I am not completely satisfied with the product.

Need choice for chain length. My wife loves the necklace and earrings.

I ordered 2 chains and they are lovely and seem sturdy without being bulky. Unfortunately, one that I ordered was the wrong color. I emailed the customer service, easily found from a card enclosed with my order. I received a prompt response offering to mail out the correct chain at no charge and I received it today. Just being able to communicate with a seller is a bonus and their response to make it right was impressive indeed.

This necklace turned green after my son had worn it for a couple months and not every day. Don't buy this seller.
