Needed some work but seller helpful
When I first received the item the keyboard had some issues. I returned it to the vendor. They offered a refund or repair. I selected repair. It was returned to me timely with the keyboard working. Since I started using the computer I noticed the usb ports are have loose connections. Knowing this was a used unit. I did not say anything. Not a bad system for the price.

Great Reliable computer
Faithfully reliable, got it for the kids and homework. Works great and does not get slowed down.

Just what I expect.
The overall state of the computer is Ok, used, but in good conditions, everything works, the battery just 45 minutes of charge. The HDD is put inside with some shims, but its work. The computer is a little slow, I put another 4 Gb of RAM, and upgrade to win10 ( the windows has a link to do that, but I think is up to July/2016 ) and the computer is slower, my next purchase maybe is a SSD to check if the speed up. But overall, its what I expect.

I really liked this computer and the price
I really liked this computer and the price. Unfortunately, after the first couple of days the screen stayed black. I rate it a 5 because was able to return it to the vendor and get a refund. And I understand that these things happen.
