La dimensione e leggermente più piccola degli standard ma forse è proprio una delle caratteristiche che lo rende ancora di più migliore. Zusätzlich zu diversen Fitnessbändern haben wir uns diese Faszienrolle geklaubt. Da ich unter starken Rückenschmerzen leide, wurde mir diese Rolle ans Herz gelegt. Die Rolle ist sehr leicht und die noppen sind recht fest. Ich stärke damit meine Rückenmuskeln und ebenfalls Massiert es meine Rücken auch. Sie hat eine ordentliche breite, womit ich meinen ganzen Rücken trainieren / massieren kann. Es bedarf einer gewissen Eingewöhnungs- und Übungszeit, bis man den richten dreh raus hat. Fantastic foam roller. What is good is that the inside is not hollow, which means this one is very durable, it won't crack if any heavy weight presses on it. It is also small and fits perfectly to the width of my back. As I grind my teeth, all my upper back, shoulders and neck are always tense after I wake up, and with time, the pain builds up and can really affect me. So what I do is use that roller every morning for a couple of minutes on my back, shoulder blades, and neck, and it works very well.
