More then anything my struggle to lose weight is overeating. I work out consistently but no weight loss before I started using this. Finally, a product that actually lives up to its claims. I'm 61 years old 6'2'' tall. I let myself get up to 287 pounds. About a year ago I started doing intermittent fasting to help lose weight and help with my overall health but the problem is I would get strong food cravings that I usually couldn't fight and I would give in.
