I used the XGGYA Old Work Box for adding a new switch in an existing wall, and it worked perfectly. The plastic is sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the clamps tightened securely without cracking the drywall. The 14 cu in capacity provides plenty of room for wiring, which made the install much easier and cleaner. It fit standard switches with no issues, aligned flush with the wall, and held everything firmly in place. For the price, this box performs just as well as more expensive brands. Perfect for my use case! It is cheap and easy to use. Just cut a rectangle out from your drywall, slide it in and use a screwdriver to clamp on to the drywall.

Works as intended and sturdy. It's great to use a box without cutting away a lot of drywall to attach to the stud.
