Precision Tracker, Confusing Setup
The Pebblebee Card 5 is a highly capable Bluetooth tracker designed for people who need reliable, precise location tracking for everyday essentials. In real‑world use, it performs impressively well: it can help you locate smartphones, laptops, tablets, wallets, and even car keys with strong accuracy and fast response times. Its slim, credit‑card‑like profile makes it ideal for slipping into a wallet or attaching to flat surfaces without adding bulk. Configuration & Setup Experience The only notable drawback is the initial setup process, which can be confusing due to incomplete instructions. Specifically:The manual does not clearly explain how to reset the card. The reset button is subtly hidden inside the Pebblebee logo, located between the letters “l” and “e.”Without knowing this, pairing or re‑pairing the device can be frustrating.Once configured, however, the device works smoothly and reliably.

Love this pebblebee card 😍
Pretty easy to set up, and stays charged for quite a while... I have never had to use it to find a lost wallet, but whenever I test it out, it works like a champ... And it fits in credit card slots...

Clip 5 went bad, Card 5 went bad faster
The Clip5 I was able immediately to add to the Find Hub, but it wouldn't connect with my Pixel 10 Pro nor with my Samsung S6 Lite tablet to update the clip's firmware or to locate the phone/tablet. A second Clip 5 connected immediately with no problems, so the first one must have been defective. As for the network to locate the device, time will tell. These reviews shouldn't penalize the product if the Google Find Hub network isn't sufficient for your needs, so as far as I can tell the clip works as designed. The alarm on the Clip 5 is nice and loud! However, after about a month, the Clip 5 went silent and couldn't be found by my phone or any tablet sitting right next to it--like the Card 5 did within a few days. And like the card, the clip could trigger an alarm on my phone, while the phone still couldn't find it. Both are utter failures after a short time. Returning the Clip 5 now. Also like the card options, my UGreen trackers continue to work where these failed. Since I can't write a second review for the Card 5, I'll also mention that it also immediately connected to the Find Hub and to my phone to trigger the lost phone alert and for firmware updates. No issues either way. Yes, it charges with any Qi charger, so of course it doesn't include a charger and it's too thin for USB. Having both this and the UGreen Slim G card that is only 0.1mm thinner, I have to say both of them have the same approximate volume for their alarms--neither is very loud. But now a few days later after having both cards in my wallet, the UGreen is reliable and being picked up by random phones in parking lots, but the Pebblebee is much more hit-and-miss. Mostly miss. Right now, it's right next to the phone and says last seen yesterday. I can trigger a phone alert with the button on the card, but the phone and Find Hub still say they can't locate the card. The card is fully charged. Card is being returned in favor of the UGreen Slim G.

Pricey, but more effective than cheap trackers for Android users.
Bought this to replace a set of four less expensive trackers which IIRC this cost as much for one as the other four (which were terrible). You get what you pay for and this is worth it. It's pricier but far better. We are Android users (Google Pixel, not Samsung) and thus we use Google's FindHub. If you search on FindHub you'll find it's a bit inferior to Apple/iOS "find" equivalent so any tag tracker can only work as well in the end as the find-network it's using. That said, we wanted a product with minimal latency when it comes to pinging for location, wanted it to ping as far and wide as possible, etc. so that the tracker wasn't the lowest common denominator and hopefully one day FindHub will improve. That said, this tracker seemed to ping more effectively than the less expensive ones. I'm taking away one star because I threw it in my partner's car and watched it from time to time and the location was a bit off by about 1/4 mile while driving the route he was on, but once back at home it did start giving location more accurately when it was at rest. Not sure if that's a FindHub issue or an issue with this tracker being accurate while moving. But at least it was updating something with reasonable frequency whereas the cheaper trackers had way more latency and complacency as we experimented with them. I also like that not only does it work with FindHub, but the separate Pebblebee app allows me to receive messages and location from someone who finds the tag and scans the QR code on it if they wish to do so. I do recommend with ANY tracker tag that after you set it up, charge it fully and test each one. Throw it in your significant other's or a friend's car trunk for a day and let them drive around with it and see if it moves and pings often and accurately enough to your satisfaction. Don't make your first airplane trip your first test case. Make sure it's effective *before* you actually need it. Finally, while it's disconcerting that the tag can never be powered off (like if I don't travel for 4 months), I do like that it's rechargeable and I won't have to be burning through non-rechargeable batteries. You'll just have to make sure it's charged up before a trip to ensure it stays on as long as possible.

So Far, Most excellent.
Just ordered this after spending 5+ hours emotionally distressed over not finding a wallen that shouldn't have been missing at all. I never misplace things but sometimes they dont always get put away after use either and trying to remember their last use doesn't always lead me to things. I ordered this, got it setup super easy and paired to my Iphones Find My. charged it up fast, downloaded and paired to their app too easily enough and tested it. Its loud, and will make finding missing wallets MUCH easier as often times they're around, just hard to find. No more stress searching for hours. It DOES fit in a normal card case. Its design is like one of those metal credit cards so a little thicker. Showed on my Find My Phone app with tracking pretty accurate but only tested it 20'. I live in a busy city though so there will always be iphones around to find it.

Easy to Use and Works Great
Very useful tracker with a compact design and good battery life. Setup was quick and simple, and it works reliably for tracking keys or bags. The rechargeable feature is a big plus compared to disposable battery trackers.

Technology Leap Over Apple Air Tag - Most EXCELLENT!
I do read negative reviews. I thought enough good reviews made it worthwhile to try, so I ordered two Clip 5 Tags and Clip 5 Wallet to see how they work compared to Apple Air Tag with my iPhone. My Wallet Clip 5 delivery is out to mid-December (boo hiss). I just ordered four more Clip 5 Tags to replace the rest of my Air Tags. Listen up Apple: this is a technology jump over Air Tag. If I have problems, I will do an update. So far, so good. I figured if the negative reviews were accurate and I encountered problems, I'd just return and stick with Air Tags. Here we go: 1) Instructions that came with the Clip 5 Tag need to be redone. I did a Grok, and the installation was way better. If you order the Clip 5, do a Grok (good for iPhone and Android) and save yourself some time. Stupid FAST once I did Grok. Scanning the QR Tag was a waste, I think just to capture your email. It did me no good - as Mel Brooks said in "Spaceballs" - "MERCHANDIZING!" 2) I haven't tried distance yet, right now I have the two on charge overnight to make sure I'm "locked and loaded." I'll add a note in my iPhone's calendar to charge every 6-8 months. I did have Air Tag batteries that died, and I had no idea they were drained. Apple, you need to address this. Also, I had an Air Tag that died (I had no idea it was dead) that was like 13-14 months old. Apple's warranty is 12 months. Apple's response, "So sad, so sorry." Not cool. 3) Clip 5 is my first Pebblebee product: WAY louder than Air Tag - excellent. Even got my dogs' attention. Apple, get a clue. 4) Clip 5 has lights to show when the battery charge is getting too drained. EXCELLENT. Air Tag - you have no idea how drained the battery is, until you try to locate something and there is no soft sound. Apple, get a clue. 5) RECHARGEABLE! YEAH!!! The claim is 18 months. Doing a charge every 6-8 months won't hurt. No longer need to use the CR2032 coin batteries that can't be recharged. Apple, get a clue. 6) I didn't need to buy an Air Tag holder so I could attach this signaling device to my key ring, duh - additional expense. Apple is good at this. Spend $1,100 on an iPhone and you still need to buy a $15 drop protection silicon case. Apple is champion at "nickel and diming" you. Apple, get a clue. 7) The Clip 5 Tag came with a nice quality key ring - perfect size that holds my car fob, house key and my dogs' chip info. Nice. BTW, guess what Apple doesn't include....Apple, get a clue. I will praise Apple for allowing the "Find My" app to find non-Apple stuff. Seriously, good job Apple, I didn't have to install a Pebblebee app. Excellent Apple! My only Apple device is an iPhone 17 Pro deal that Verizon just ran that was LITERALLY PRICELESS to upgrade my 13 Pro to keep me on Verizon for 3 more years. I've been with Verizon since I was an engineer/architect at MCI so I'm at 27/28 years with VZ with no complaints as I traveled nationwide a lot for work and dog shows. I do like Apple products, well the iPhone (7, 13 and now 17), however, Air Tag needs a new generation with a BIG update - get a CLUE APPLE. The Clip 5 could easily blow the Air Tag away unless Apple giddies-up. Once you buy into a product like a remote signaling device, you will probably stick with it until a big tech leap comes out. The Clip 5 did it for me. You can see I don't update my cell phone very often.

setup & doc issues, can only pair with either iOS or android, proprietary charging cable, etc
1. no charging instructions on the web setup. 2. no mentioning about the charging light on the device after plugging in the charging cable (the charging vid is "buried" in the bottom web "manual"). 3. charging vid doesn't play (why no link to a yt vid???). 4. no instructions on the web setup page to a. "charge first before use", b. how to charge and for how long, c. no instruction on how to turn on the device; all resulting in confusion, having to open the link to the web manually and dig for info. 4. BIG pet-peeve (through true across the board w/ any other similar device): it can only be paired with either platform (apple find my OR android find hub) at a time, which is a. rather big missed opportunity, b. a somewhat weak sales proposition, c. not clearly stated (on Amazon product page)... why not make it pair-able on both networks at the time, and communicate between them??? now i have to waste my time and buy 2 devices per each item i'm wanting to keep track of, to track on both ios and android... AND i have to track them separately... what a mess!!! 5. there are a number of other issues (ie requires proprietary charging cable... why not USB-C???), which others have already reported in their reviews.

Extremely unreliable
Echoing what other users are saying. Phone detects device, but will not add to Find Hub no matter how many restarts, factory resets and reconnections. Completely unusable.
