Digital AM FM Weather Band Radio 850mAh Rechargeable Battery

Overall I like this radio. AM is adequate yet improves with an external loop. Early morning DXing is fair to good. Some birdies are present but are not too intrusive. FM reception is clear and has great selectivity even though I wish it included stereo reception. The weather band on this radio is excellent - much better than the similar radio from Jazmm that includes the shortwave band. Best memory storage is done manually instead of letting the radio store the presets. Although one could let the radio store the presets and then modify them manually - once you get the hang of the button sequence to manually store the presets. The attached video is for the Shortwave pocket radio from Jazmm. The Amazon "brain" did not allow me to add a new review for the AM/FM/Weather Band radio but instead seemed to force me to modify the review I did of the version of this radio that includes Shortwave. The Shortwave version had a poor Weather Band section.

This is a excellent radio with great battery life,easy to program stations. Its has very clear reception, The weather band is excellent ,and comes in crystal clear. The LED light is a nice feature. Im very happy i bought it,and i recommend it to manyone looking for a portable radio at a good price !!!

To start it comes with a 12 month warranty which is awesome. The size is nice and small but the sound doesn't suffer, it still has some bass to it and when you pump the volume fully its quite loud. The only thing I would change when it comes to the speaker, is the low end, even when the volume is on 1 it's a little loud for my taste. Something that would possibly be my favorite feature is the flashlight. I was surprised at how bright it was, though it doesn't shine very far, its kind of like a phone light but much brighter its like a LED Torch. I've used this to go outside at night a few times, just grabbing it and scanning the stations while walking outside. The design is nice, not the most sturdy but its fallen a few times and been fine. One thing that kinda bugs me is when you turn on the radio, you can see the screen light through the top where the flashlight is, it doesn't affect anything just bugs me a little. Another design flaw is sometimes when you go to turn it on its dead, Because the flashlight button is on the side, and can be hit very easily causing the flashlight to burn through the battery, this has happened to me 2-3 times. They need to make the flashlight button a switch or something, to prevent this from happening. Also TF card mode is nice and the equalizer works well, my only issue is it does not display what is playing, and if you want to hear a certain file you have to skip through till you hear it. If they could integrate some sort of MP3 interface into it for music listening, this thing would be off the charts! Finally the most important part, the Radio gets good signal, FM works well as any radio I've had, AM even picked up more channels then expected, Shortwave actually picked up a few stations and Weather-band worked as well. One thing with Weather-band though, when I hit scan It locked up. I panicked thinking I got a bad Radio but after consulting the instructions, I found that it has some sort of alert lock feature I enacted somehow. Other then a few quirks I really do enjoy this little thing, Quite a nice little compact radio, you can keep in your pocket turn on, scan and be listening to the radio in a Jiffy! Update, That 12 month warranty came in handy, I was listening to the radio, went to shut the antenna and the top Snapped off. I contacted them with the email on the warranty card. They asked for my order number and address and sent another one without any questions asked. The person who helped me was Lili, it was the smoothest customer service I've dealt with in a long time, they we're awesome help and extremely understanding. I would highly recommend buying one of these even more now that I've witnessed how great their customer service is. Nothing better then a company standing behind it's product.

Has a great sound,good reception in FM/AM and weather in case of emergency, great for overlanding and camping,a good duration and rechargable battery, exelent lamp and a great costumer service.

Not good. The charge don't hold for too long. As soon as you turn it on for two minutes it goes down one bar ... and runs for 2 hours and needs to be charged again ... not good reception ... have to move it around to listen clearly some stations are good but most not so much. Disapointed. I'm considering return.

Super cool little radio - my only complaint is that it doesn't go low enough in volume before it's no volume at all. So the first audible sound as you turn up the volume is a bit too loud still, which sucks for me because I wanted something quiet.

Gave to my wife for Christmas. "I already have a transistor radio. Why do I need this?" Then she found out it has a clip for pocket. And it's rechargeable using USB-C. And it's got a digital tuner with large numbers. She loves it. And I like the "fidelity" considering it a small radio.

The output on this little radio is amazingly loud and clear for its size and gets great reception. It’s pretty surprising. Great look to it too.
