It does what it's supposed to do, although it takes a lot of effort and patience to manage to connect even one device to it. The instructions aren't clear hence the difficulty in connecting it to headphones, I have no other complaints since it does what it's supposed to, in the box says that it lasts around 5 hours of playtime but I have found that when only one headset is plugged it lasts way longer than that j can only assume they say it lasts 5 hours whenever two headphones are connected simultaneously.

Was going to use this to link my tv to my alexa. Super glitchy to get to sync up... a lot of latency. Decided to go with a different product instead of fighting this... you get what you paid for.Would be good to sync a non BT device with no visual to a BT speaker. Do you have an old school walkman with a 3.5mm that you wish could sync up to your Alexa? Get this.

Can only cast sound to one Bluetooth device at a time. I bought this to transmit to multiple speakers at once. Returned

Connects sometimes and plays through both bt speakers, and sometimes it doesn't

Seems to work.

Worked for a couple of days, but then failed when I changed to another USB power plug. Not sure if the power plug contributed to this or not. Other items work with the power plug, but I have stopped using them. This transmitter may not have good filtering and surge protection built into it, so I would not recommend.

Excellent product and customer support. I am hard of hearing and bought for our TV's to pair with BT headphones, I can now enjoy TV.Really great solution, and a minor issue I had was quickly and correctly handled by Alisa in Customer Service.
