I bought this without realizing that there are multiple types of Oracal vinyls. Attached to this review is a chart of a rundown of the main types. If you would like further information, I suggest googling the different lines of vinyl before purchasing because it will help you find the right product for your project. So far, I have used this for scrapbooking and it has done a great job in making things pop. Although, it is a lot thinner than I expected. It is also a lot sticker than I thought it would be, which is a problem sometimes. Ten feet is a lot of vinyl, so I know this will last me. If you are a frequent user of vinyl, I highly suggest investing in bulk because it saves you money.

Not happy that the sticker holding together RUINED a good 10" of this product. Will not buy again.

So upset that I didn’t start using this until now, when the return window closed.I do decals for my business and have NEVER had poor feedback. After I opened this, and used it on a few decals, I immediately got my first two complaints that the vinyl refused to let go of the backing paper (same day, same batch of black vinyl used for these orders).SO annoyed because this damages my professional reputation and now I won’t even be able to get a refund.

I was super excited to get this based off all the reviews. I’ve had my cricut for a year and I love it, I do signs and wood work all the time with it. I had a different vinyl that was super hard to weed but it came off the paper easy and it was definitely permanent! I got this and I was giddy when it weeded like it was supposed it! I literally said “oh my gosh!” A tear fell. Then I used transfer paper and that’s when the words came out that’ll put me on the naughty list. It, for the life of me would not come off the paper! The more I used the scraper to get it to stick the the transfer paper the more it stuck to the oracle paper. I literally had to use my picker to get every single piece to come up and off the oracle paper and some pieces I had to pick off the white fuzzy paper! Then it got all off centered and messed up. I thought this “is some kind of cruel joke?”...”am I on a hidden camera show?” My tears of joy quickly became tears of frustration and anger. I set up my return but unfortunately I’ll never get back those wasted hours. Buy this as a gag gift for a crafty friend, it’s sure to disappoint!

Original review 2018:I LOVE this vinyl!! It's easy to "weed", durable, clean, and does great with tiny details. Car decals are some of the things I have made and they've stayed on for almost a year with no discoloration or peeling. Very happy with my purchase.Currently my favorite brand!Edited January 2021:These decals are still going strong! No peeling or discoloration still, 3 years later!!

It’s beautiful material, don’t get me wrong. But what’s the point of ordering sticky vinyl if it doesn’t stick? I ordered the GOLD and it didn’t stick to the wall I was working with. Figured maybe it was just the paint on the wall and maybe it needed a different surface to stick to. Tried window, mirror, countertop, and folder. Wouldn’t stick to ANYTHING!!! Super frustrated with this product. Definitely will not be buying again.

Since I couldn’t receive red vinyl from the cricut brand soon enough, I ordered red from Oracle 651 as recommended by a friend. My finished products were mixed with cricut premium vinyl. You can’t really tell the difference. It seems to cut and weed easily. It was also compliant with cricut transfer tape. No problems with adhesion so far. The only con is that a good chunk of it was wasted because of the instructions getting stuck to the vinyl. I cut that whole part off. Otherwise, so far so good.

This product is so hard to transfer. It cuts through fine, weeds ok, but the biggest part is when your transferring. It will stick to the back and when you try to release from the backing, almost like a thin paper comes with it, that you have to manipulate to come off. You do get a good amount for the price, but it’s so much work to get it separated that I’d rather pay a little more and get it somewhere else.The first picture shows how it’s sticking, the second shows how I was able to get it unstuck and now you can see the black instead of the white paper that was sticking. Keep in mind, what I’m showing you is a bigger piece, for intricate cuts or letter it was a pain to have to separate each one individually.

The product is as described and was received very quickly i.e. just under a week. (It had to travel all the way from the US to AUS). Love that there is a light blue colour when you peel back the vinyl; this will make it so much easier to use!I have tested it as well and it cuts & peels great on my Cricut Maker machine.

Love the vinyl. Can be tricky to weed but better then Cricut vinyl
