Car Seat Tray Old (Variant 2)

Absolutely fantastic! Purchased for my 3 y.o. to use while on a long trip - worked great!! Would highly recommend! Durable and practical. Great for holding snacks, crayons, water bottle in the pockets.

I purchased 2 for my kids. It’s sturdy for sure but too bulky for road trips. At least if your child is still in a car seat. I wanted to return these but since we were leaving on a very long RoadTrip (27 hours one way) I decided to just take them and see if they are useful. My kids 3 and 5 used them. My 3 year old was frustrated with it. He has a maxicosi car seat and it wasn’t compatible with it. My daughter has a convertible booster car seat and it was fine but very bulky for her. She still used it and didn’t complain much but it’s not ideal for kids in car seats/boosters. The side pockets fall off constantly, we had to just take them off so it’s a waste of space and that’s why I got it was to hold their crayons and other items in it and have it near them easy to use. I wouldn’t recommend this. It is however firm but with the big hole in the side for a drink they couldn’t even place a regular coloring book on it to color. So not worth it. Will look for something else.

if i could give this product a higher rating than 5 stars i would! it is awesome for kids in the car. helps contain spills, used it to do homework, played games, color and ate food. very sturdy. cup holder that is kid and cup friendly. detachable pockets are nice and big. i did put strips of velco on them becase the snaps were not strong enough to hold them on when filled with stuff. great product and a huge improvement over all the other versions i have tried.

These trays are almost perfect! The strap was too long to fit snuggly against my kids (even tightened all the way) so they hung off the front of their car seats. When they could balance the trays on their legs, though, they were awesome. The plastic insert gives a very stable surface to play/color/eat/etc on. The foam insert adds some comfort for the kids’ legs. The cup holder is a tad shallow, but we had cup holders elsewhere that they used. Having edges on all 4 sides was a HUGE help. Saved me from reaching back to find little toys all day long. I will highly recommend this tray - with the advice to check the fit before you leave for your 12-hour road trip with no safety pins to shorten the strap!

This product is great. We used it for our daughter when we took her to school. Its a 20 minute commute and we gave her cream of wheat! This thing worked amazingly. We had to buy a second one for our 2 year old son. The pockets are deep which is nice for all sorts of books, and toys.

Love the ease of set up for these trays. I purchased two (one for each kid 7 & 3). They were a hit initially and then my youngest didn't want it on his lap anymore. Like that it had sides all the way around the tray (less chance for losing smaller toys or markers). Seemed bulky on my 3 year olds carseat in grandma's vehicle. Still nred to try it out with our actual carseat.May double as activity desk or TV tray for special movie nights.

We love this! It came in very handy on our road trips this summer. The side clip-on bags don't stay on very well but other than that it is a good purchase.

This tray is one of the things you cannot understand how you didn't have it before for your other kids. It is so helpful and makes the entire car ride so easy and quiet. Our 4 year old is so busy working on the coloring book and snacking at the same time. I'm so happy I got it for her. Our long and short car rides have become joyful and relaxed.
