This mask provides fly and UV protection. The design keeps the mask off the eyes. Well made and apparently comfortable because Fiona Fjord loves her mask and my other Fjord has left it on, which is unusual for her. She is talented at leaving masks hanging from fences, trees, and in the dirt where she rolls.One of my mares gets ulcers on her eyes and it is suspected to be a UV issue, so I am hoping that the level of protection provided by these masks will do the job, because apparently the fit and comfort suit both of my mares well enough that they are not bothered by them.And hey, they are just great looking masks!

Fits as described for horse size. Sturdy and smooth on edges. Eye seams keep mask off eyes nicely. Stays on even with a horse that likes to rub her head and mouthy pasture mates that like to take things off and pull apart. Ordered a second one as a spare because I liked this brand so much of how nicely its fits and STAYS on. Nice looking as well.

I bought four different fly masks for my Morgan horse before finding this one! My mare would not keep any of them on until this one. If your horse hates having her ears and forelock covered, then buy this! It is sturdy, has ample eye room, strong Velcro fasteners, and comes in beautiful colors. It fits nicely over my horse's grazing muzzle, and it cleans easily. I bought two because my horse loves hers.

The material is sturdy but not rigid. Also the trim will not gather the pickers from the daisies that grow wild in the pasture. Color works well with my roan & red dun

My horse wears it 24/7/365 due to either wind of flies. It never comes off. I do recommend protecting the Velcro strap by always holding the stitching down when taking it off. If you’re careful about that the stitching along the double Velcro will last a long time. I typically get a new one annually. (Only because that Velcro attachment spot eventually starts to wear). The mask itself is totally fine even after a year.

It did what I wanted it to which is keep flies from her face her eyes. Easy to put on. The Velcro is very strong and the material edging holds up pretty well.

This mask is a cute pattern and fits my yearling quarter horse well. It does seem to run a bit larger than other yearling fly masks which I like as my filly will be able to wear it longer.

I love how easy this fly mask is to get on. It’s perfect for summer time when it’s really hot. It’s like she’s not even wearing it. So far she hasn’t tried rubbing it off and it hasn’t torn. Great for trail riding and the bugs are thick too horses head isn’t constantly shaking the bugs off. It’s very sturdy and worth the money. I will never need another one for a while. I have a Peruvian Paso 14 hands size Medium is perfect fits Arabian’s too. Other horses like Quarter or TWH would probably need a large.

Great quality, is my new fav mask! They do fit a little larger, I got my horse his normal size (large) and it fits great (QHxPaint) but he could probably get away with medium as well with velcro done up looser. Amazing that it also has a warranty too!!
