I have a very injured spine and when my cervical neck gets tight and is painful trying to rotate had my renown chiropractor told me about this. I immediately put it on out of the package, pumped it up and felt instant relief. And what it does basically is separates your vertebrae, just enough to give the stenosed parts of your vertebrae room to relax from their spasms. I am grateful that I have it and even when I put it away in the closet, I pull it out a few times a month and use it.I would definitely buy this again and encourage anyone with back problems to purchase this product. It’s so easy to use.

This neck stretcher has been a big help with my neck pain. It’s easy to use, adjustable, and the inflatable design lets you customize the stretch. I’ve noticed less tension and better posture after just a few sessions. It’s also portable and feels durable. It might take a bit to get used to, but overall, it’s a great product for neck relief at home.

Had the device for 2 months and it worked well. The tubing on the inside suddenly popped today and now it won’t stay inflated. If only it was more durable it would be a good product. If you’re looking for something that’s going to last then buy a more expensive option.

Seems to do what its meant to, but my neck pain got significantly worse after the first use. Too afraid to try and use it again.
