Q: I don’t understand how to attach/use the sink filter rack and why is it a different color than everything else?

Hi, This black single bowl kitchen sink come with retractable basket straine and sink strainer rack. Retractable basket straine needs to be adjusted in length and then hung on the sink. About sink strainer rack: There is 50pcs mesh. When using, put the net bag on the rack, filter the things and throw away the net bag with garbage, and then put on a new mesh for use.

We weren't sure. My husband said overflow maybe like a bathroom sink has. We returned this one because drain hole didn't fit garbage disposal fittings
