I received a customized mousepad for Christmas and I absolutely love it! My son ordered one with an adorable image of my cat and it was the perfect gift.It was originally lost in the mail or stolen from my mailbox so when I contacted Acorn Printing they offered to send a replacement right away, Now that’s great customer service. Looks really good in person in regards to picture quality, pretty much exactly as I had designed it! It arrived quickly and didn't smell super bad (I think it was able to off-gas while shipping, which is always nice!). Otherwise, seems like a normal, slightly thin mousepad. Only time will tell about it's longevity/build quality, but it came out great and if it holds up well, I'll probably order more!

This purchase is my 2nd one, which I haven't received yet. I got the 1st one 4 years ago and it was everything I expected. The picture quality was great; the colors were slightly off, as expected when printing on different media. Quality/durability: I took the mouse pad to work, where it was at a shared workstation and used 24/7, although it was only in truly in constant use 8/7 (my shift), with intermittent use on the other shifts. After 4 years of this use, the picture was quite worn, looking more faded than damaged, but the wear was really due to the "constant" use. It finally reached the point where a new one seemed appropriate. If I had had it at home, where only I would have used it, and of course it would not have been in use while working, eating, sleeping, etc., I believe it would still be essentially as good as new. After 4 years at work, the pad itself is still in somewhere between very good and excellent condition and if the picture were not a consideration, the pad still has years of life in it. While not used for gaming, as 25+ year gamer, I think it would serve just fine for gaming, albeit somewhat small. I have no complaints!

The design printed perfectly and was shipped very quickly. After a month of use still holding up good.

Came out better than I expected! Quality is great and they actually cropped my image better than I had done in the amazon screen. Thinking about buying more for my co-workers because they came out so good and was reasonably priced.

Very nice product and VERY good company. When my custom mouse pad arrived, it had been damaged in shipping. They quickly replaced it with NO HASSLE at all! The artwork was phenomenal. They apparently ran into a snag with the printing the first time and emailed me that they needed to make a judgement call on the color choices so it would look better. Their judgement was outstanding. I LOVE my mouse pad and the company was so friendly and easy to work with. Will never hesitate to use them again for custom printing needs!

Overall looks professional. I wish the material was a bit more heavy duty, and had some stitching or something around the edges to increase the life span. Hard to complain at this price for a one off product though!
