Im seriously amazed at how well this device works. I bought it for my mom and she loves it. She's new to this so I had to show her how to do a few things. Its easy to use and I'm seriously considering buying one for myself. My old ipod touch is seriously outdated compared to this thing. I bought that for 200 5 years ago. The live wallpapers are cool and what i like the most is you can watch videos online. My ipod can't do that. Camera quality is terrible but that was expected for the price. I'd recommend it to beginners definitely.

Do not buy this garbage. Straight from the box it has been giving me issues. I bought this for my 5.5 year old for Christmas and it's been nothing but problems. 1...It will constantly reboot itself. 2...Wifi does not stay connected, even though I have it set to stay connected to wifi while sleeping. And when it disconnects itself, the only way to get it to reconnect is to turn airplane mode on, connect wifi, then turn airplane mode off. 3...The SD card does not stay mounted. I checked a couple of online forums and most of the advice was because it needed to be formatted. Unfortunately when you go to storage settings it doesn't give you the option to format the SD card. 4...It comes with pre installed ads like for Facebook and apps like mobomarket, there is no way to get rid of these. I tried uninstalling the mobomarket app, but it keeps reinstalling it. I had to just do a force stop. Anyway, I contacted Deerbrook on 12/27/14, about issues 1 & 2. And their response was to do a factory reset. Are you kidding me? It was set to factory specifications right out of the box. I shouldn't have to factory reset it, but I will try and see what happens. MORE THAN LIKELY THIS GARBAGE WILL BE RETURNED.

This is probably the worst item I have ever purchased on Amazon. I usually give things a try, and even a second try, but this tablet is beyond horrible. As soon as I purchased it, charged it up and attempted to go online the browser immediately goes to some website to try to sell me drones. It also does this while I am in the middle of browsing some other page. Over the next few months, the tablet stopped going online and not wanting to update at all. I thought the solution to this problem would be to set it back to factory default. Now it won't connect to Google which is necessary to update it. I recommend you avoid this thing like the plague.

I ordered 3 tablets. One of them arrived with a huge scratch on it. I didn't want to have to go thru shipping it back since it was for my kid and will get more anyways I just kept it. (I could have sent it back but she shattered the last one so i knew it would be pointless to worry about it. She's only 7). I don't really like how the charger sticks out. One of them bent within a week and I had to purchase a new charger. The battery dies pretty fast. However the tablets were shipped fast. I had them within 2-3 days. Very impressed! The tablets are pretty great tablets and easy to use other than the charger and battery I'm very impressed with them for the price. My youngest is 2 and can very easily use it. He can get on his games and netflix without help. My oldest is 11 and he loves his just as well. I'm 29 and even I use it sometimes. It's definitely a great inexpensive tablet. I purchased $100 tablets from Walmart for Christmas last year and neither of them lasted a year. So I think for the price they are really great tablets. Just have to watch out for those chargers that stick out. I would definitely purchase another from them again.

I purchased this Deerbrook 7" Android for my son back in November. It worked pretty well for him up until two days ago. On Friday I noticed that the device wasn't connected to my Wi-fi router. I reconnected it, but it disconnected itself again. I tried using the WPS to reconnect, but it failed. I rebooted the device, used airplane mode and even reset the device to the factory settings, but it just keeps disconnecting itself from Wi-Fi. There is virtually no customer support for this device. But what should I expect? It only cost $45.00. If you want to purchase a throw-away tablet that you only need for a couple of weeks then this MIGHT suit your needs...maybe. If you want a good tablet that is going to do what you want it to do all the time, then be prepared to spend at least $200.00. This device is worth $45.00 but not a penny more. Despite the grand promises and cute advertisements, cheaper is NOT better. You get what you pay for and for $45.00 you don't get much at all.

within first week of h having them (purchased two) they had already begin to start freezing as well as losing connectivity for anywhere from hours to a whole day. The system settings wouldn't allow me to adjust the Wi-Fi whatsoever. now it's been almost a month and they crash, freeze, lose Wi-Fi with excellent signal in my home. could be hard for small children to charge because the wall power charger isn't a snug fit so my son bent his the second ark? week trying to make sure it was in. no data services or offers. doesn't recognize a sd card but they are 5&8 so they wanted to keep them. after inquiry was told by company employee to reset. really? Really? that's alright always a last resort and I had already purchased each kid $7 mine craft and sd/tf. wouldn't recommend this one personally. signs last longer than week before troubles occur.

This was a first for my kids. It was easy to customize and they love all the things they can do. It was a purchase for my son's 15th birthday and school gifts for the other 3. They arrived fast and only one was bad.It got it returned and a new one ordered and received in 2 days. They're well-made and perfect for my kids aged 11-16. Great deal and awesome price. I plan to get me one too.
