This is easy to use and makes getting fine scratches out of clearcoat a breeze. For some reason there was a Female Cardinal (bird) that kept attacking my Jeep and the wife's Ram truck. It made very fine scratches in the paint resulting in multiple dull areas. Both our vehicles are black, so these spots really are apparent. I used this and some Maguires fine compound and these spots shine like new. Very easy to use and the Variable speed is a nice touch.

Excellent kit, especially for cleaning cloudy headlights. Makes them look like new again just using basic car wax.

I've been detailing my cars and cars/trucks for other people for several decades. I started doing it in college for extra money and to prepare vehicles for hand pin-striping. Cutting the paint has always been a problem.I've used used just about every kind of buffer and polisher our there. This polisher is excellent for odd angles and areas that are hard to get to. I've always struggled to get spaces next to windshields, back glass, along doors, and between headlight areas. This tool deals with it easily. It is very efficient and has lots of power. Battery life is great. I can do an entire car (all the hard to reach areas) with this as well as the wheels and other chrome on a single charge. All of those areas have been a pain in the past until now.This polisher, paired with the correct media and waxes really does the job and gets everything looking like new without throwing product everywhere or getting into areas I don't plan to. It makes detailing so much more fun.I love using this machine and recommend it to anyone who works on their own cars or who do it professionally. You won't find anything out there that is this size and more effective. It's great.Read the description and understand its limitations. You definitely want to pair it with a full-size polisher for a full detail. Don't expect it to do things it wasn't designed for. I don't have experience with these small types of buffer/polishers. I have worked with the usual size power buffers numerous times. Received this to review. Right out of the box it struck me as lightweight, well balanced and its ergonomics well suited to one or two hand use. With a battery installed, even the balance, already good in my hand improved a bit with the extra weight in the base. A tiny thing but noticeable. The material used in the bodies construction feels a bit rubbery and provides a good grip. The unit comes with 2 batteries and a charger. The batteries were fully charged out of the box.The controls are simple, easy to understand but the positioning puts them under your palm while working. No real problem there, just lift the unit off the work, adjust speed and back to work. You get a good number of various buffing and polishing pads and attachments that allow straight rotary or an oscillating action. The tool change is simple, much like a ratchet. Just pull back the ring at the head of the tool and insert or drop out whichever attachment is needed. This tool looks as if it will handle lighter polishing/buffing job in hard to reach areas quite well. Would certainly have a home in the home garage, maybe even on shop floor for occasional use. Giving it 4 stars but I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch of 5 stars in the future from the DIY'ers out there.

Cheaply made and doesn’t stay charge for a long time

This mini polisher has been a fantastic addition to my detailing tools! I used it to remove fine scratches left by a persistent female cardinal that kept attacking my black Jeep and my wife’s Ram truck. Paired with some Meguiar’s fine compound, it made those dull spots shine like new.It’s lightweight, well-balanced, and comfortable to use with one or two hands. The rubbery grip gives good control, and the variable speed is a nice touch for adjusting as needed. I also like that it comes with two fully charged batteries right out of the box, and the battery life is solid—I haven't needed to swap mid-job yet.The tool change mechanism is straightforward, and it’s been a breeze to swap out the various pads included in the kit. It’s been especially handy for polishing my foggy headlights, which are now clear again! Overall, it’s a great tool for light detailing, small areas, and those hard-to-reach spots. Highly recommend for DIY detailers!

This is great for jobs in small areas such as head lights and tail lights. Works great with good battery life.
