Overall machine is good , clean the clothes very well .easy to operate but need some more like simply drain option for manual use . Its hard to drain water when used manually. 😊👍🏻✨

Nice machine as compared to same range brands, less loudy. But need to ensure indoor washing machine settings like way to take water in and out in your bathroom if you don't have in built in your house. Rest perfect

We purchased this Whirlpool Automatic Top Load Washing Machine from Amazon on 31 October 2025, expecting a premium experience based on the advertised features like Infection Free Wash, Hard Water Management, Hot Water Wash, and Magic Lint Filters. Unfortunately, the actual performance is extremely disappointing. The machine fails to clean even basic daily-wear clothes. Stains remain after a full wash cycle, and despite the so-called Magic Lint Filters, lint stays stuck on the clothes. We tried different wash programs, detergents, water levels, and load sizes, but the results did not improve. What is more shocking is the after-sales service experience. When we escalated the issue, the regional service team manager stated that this poor cleaning is the “expected behavior” of the machine and that it is not designed to clean clothes any better. This directly contradicts the product description and marketing claims on Amazon. We were also falsely assured that an exchange request would be raised, but no action was taken and there was no ownership afterward. Overall, this product feels overhyped and misleading, and the service response makes the experience worse. We genuinely feel cheated and regret this purchase. Strongly not recommended if you are buying this machine expecting proper cleaning performance.
