generic info widely available online, and nothing that a relatively experienced PT wouldn't already be aware of. Sadly this entire series of books seems to have gone down this route of generic info.. won't be buying any more of this series.

Very clear and concise basics for fitness professionals.

This was purchased for my daughter who is a person trainer and fitness instructor. She used it intensively during her training period.

Excellent book amazing condition
