Great peace of mind when out and about. Easy to set up and easy to use.

The watch may be great, but after ordering, we were given a free one by a friend and Sam at Ubeequee understood the situation and agreed to give a full refund on the new, unopened watch once it was returned. He confirmed receipt of the watch and said a refund would be issued straight away. Over a month later, we have still received no refund..... Very sad when businesses are not true to their word - makes one feel cynical about buying online. But we will pursue getting the refund due to us.....

Arrived quickly - easy to set up and get tracking. I was worried about the quite short instructions, but the app is very intuitive. After one week I had to purchase a subscription (the positional data is passed over the mobile network (hence the sim). I found the cheaper data subscription suited my purposes, although there is a voice version. Recommended

I really wanted this to work out but the actual device is quite bulky and the screens have graphics from the early 2000s. The fence never worked. If I go into the app after the event there is a note to say the watch went out of the fence but no alert by email or text. Every time the battery ran out or the power was switched off, the time went back an hour - not very helpful for a dementia patient. I tried to contact support but got nothing back to any of my requests after the initial ‘we will respond within 48 hours’ message. Unfortunately poor quality. I thought it would have been more of a ‘grown up’ watch but I think you’d be as well to get ‘kids nav’ or something like that, even for an adult or elderly person. I think they have better support available if something does go wrong.

I purchased 1 of these watches and it didn't work as described. I was in contact with customer (well they called it that) I got no where with them. I sent the watch back and asked for a refund or another watch. They confirmed that they received my watch. And that's when the correspondence stopped. They still have my money and the watch. To be honest it wasn't the best looking watch and all the other stuff on offer had to be paid for. Customer aftecare is non existent

Very pleased with the watch but still trying to figure it out. There was hardly any instructions with it & if you want more you have to pay for a download which is no good for an older person like myself I would prefer to have it written down in black & white.
